[name removed] the nurse took her time to explain everything about my forthcoming procedure, I dint feel pushed. She was very friendly, happy to answer any questions, went though all the pre-operation active information booklet. She also counter checked that I understood the procedure. She always counter checked that I understood the procedure. She also took into consideration my options and made a note that this will be disused with anesthetists.

Queuing to get into car park was bad was waiting almost 45 minutes and almost missed my appointment despite leaving early.

[name removed] was brilliant very friendly and helpful an asset to NHS.

The parking situation is awful. We had organized village to drive us and they couldn’t find anywhere to park other than to drop at the main entrance and walk to the treatment centre which was difficult to do with poor mobility.
